The exercises are available here for you 24/7 and visit as much as you need to integrate them. You’ll see there are two levels to the exercises. Level 1 is for beginners. Start with these and when you are ready move to Level 2 which are advanced. Or if you feel you are ready, then do Level 1 and 2 from the start of the Program.
