Eating Disorders

A beginners class to overcome eating disorders. Variations of shoulder stand, cat pose, and bridge that are accessible to anyone suffering from overeating. Do the simple leg lifts and sit-ups in the class twice a day to quickly build to our asana level classes or use them as a warmup in your daily practice. Reshape the thighs and greatly relieve shoulder problems with these simple movements.
