Everyday Winter

A general winter health class uses this class to maintain lightness snd strength in winter. The asanas in this class focus on strengthening and stabilising the legs and lower back. We swing from one pose to the other with very few breaks which build the ability to concentrate and stay focused during the day. A light relaxed upper body and strong steady legs are the results after just one class. Regular practice through winter is recommended.
