Winter Warm Up
An easy morning warm-up class for winter. Stay relaxed and light all day. A series of stretches and gentle yoga poses for any age and any level from beginner to seasoned advanced. Break down and get rid of old habits and injuries by using these simple tecniques . If you are recovering from or trying to recover from serious illness or injury this is the class for you to repeat over and over again for at least three weeks on a daily basis.
