A strong class for the ears eyes snd nose. Asana variations to improve the flexibility of the wrists and relieve congestion in the neck and shoulders based on lateral abdominal muscle distortions. The class focuses strongly on backbends and twisting the head strongly to remove long-term stiffness. Plow pose is the goal of this class and there is an option for those who find the pose too challenging.
