A class for chronic neck problems. Strong body-oriented asanas and their variations to lengthen the neck bones with a focus on the 6th and 7th cervical. The two bones become unstable when the center of gravity is too high from a weak core or waist. Clear and simple meditation practice is provided at the end of the class for anyone who suffers from neck problems. The neck and stress are intimately connected.
