Lungs & Skin

Yoga for beautiful skin and to relieve stress. The lungs and the skin are very connected. When the lungs become overburdened or loose some of their functioning then the skin takes some of the lung function of elimination. This can cause skin disorders. Improving lung function and restoring diaphragmatic breath gives us the ability to relax and control our feelings so that we don’t become overwhelmed.
