Triangle pose (trikonasana)

An essential pose to resolve breathing difficulties and normalise upper body nervous system functioning. This asana is used to re-establish normal emotional and mental functioning after trauma or for anyone who has anemia or anxiety. If you find it difficult to touch the floor without compromising the hips then this pose is essential but very confronting. Do this class and find solutions to unnatural or abnormal emotional and mental responses. Feel relaxed in normal situations.
