Tree pose (Vrksasana)

Practice tree pose to harmonise mind and body. Overcome deep physical fatigue that arises from the center of gravity being elevated and/or offset. Constant muscle strain and possibly twisting in the spine results in resentment towards any kind of activity due to the additional stress that it creates. Use this class and learn to practice this pose to overcome deep fatigue, vertigo, arteriosclerosis, hemorrhoids, improve the reflexes and quicken mental activity.
