Deep Issues Class

Yoga for deep issues. Correct deep core weakness in the body that has resulted from chronic illness and that can then result in crookedness of the spine, pelvic alignment, shoulder imbalance, and a marked difference between left and right side of the body balance. Choose from the different categories discussed. Just two or three simple movements to straighten your spine and stabilise your life force through correcting your breathing.
