Yoga to Warm the Body
This class will help you warm your body and strengthen your hips. We do Power Pose and the Plough Asana and together they provide strong stimulation to the spine and stimulate blood flow. A warm flexible spine slows the aging process and improves posture. We recommend doing Power Pose and the Plough Asana regularly to maintain basic health. Our variation on plough will help all beginners to achieve full plough and help yoga practitioners to improve their regular practice. We hope you enjoy!
