Happy Hips ll

In this class, we teach intermediated pigeon pose and fish pose for toning buttocks and thighs. You’ll learn a series of movements and asanas to help you with the age defying asanas of fish pose and pigeon pose. Be rewarded with a strong change in just one hour in these difficult but necessary poses. Flexibility in the hip is required for normal walking otherwise hip knee and back problems easily develop. Do these asanas to cure those problems and keep you vital into old age. We hope you enjoy!
