Hip Opening Class for Women

This is specifically for women with period health, post partum, and menopause problems. Legs support us in more ways than most of us can imagine and healthy feet knees and hips are a way to solving deep chronic health problems. This class can be the first steps to creating lasting changes to long time menstrual disorders and debilitating menopause problems.
