Foundation Yoga

How to breathe and approach basic yoga asanas. This class is for absolute beginners to give you the correct approach to all yoga classes and explain the goals of yoga. In this class you will learn how to move from absolute beginner to enthusiastic beginner in just a few days. Once you understand the basics of yoga and it’s goals then you will be able to embrace them and not be easily distracted by the tools or difficulties of yoga.
