Women’s Health & Post-Partum

This class is especially designed for women with menstrual health issues and is also very effective for post-partum. Balance and restore the pre-pregnancy body back with the ten minute program at the beginning of the class. Use the rest of the class to get you back into shape enough to do the first part of the class effectively. Give yourself three months of this class for long term menstrual problems. Do it twice a day especially the more challenging movements and three weeks for healthy strong after baby tummies.
