Mental Health and Well-Being
This is a beginners yoga class for improving mental health. This class is for anyone suffering from any form of mental health problems such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression or any other serious mental health illnesses. Relaxing and calming asanas that challenge the body/ mind relationship is a key to unlocking the door to mindfulness and a healthy mind. The class concludes with a powerful and simple meditation for stabilising the nervous system and promoting mental stability.
