General Morning Class
This class is excellent to do every morning as part of your early morning routine. Ideally you would do this class after a brisk walk or jog for about 20 minutes, followed by a cold shower and then into your Morning Yoga. Read an inspiring book, then journal a little and then after that, fuel your body with miso and brown rice and vegetables. An incredible way to start the day!
